Right of Withdrawal

Speak Greenlandic does not yet have a CVR number, as a business must have a turnover of more than DKK 50,000 within 12 months before a CVR number can be obtained.

Registration and member login
Registration and member login are personal. Login details may not be transferred or shared with others. Simply uses a system that allows the website owner to view registered members. 

Materials

Material from this site may not be copied, distributed, or passed on to third parties. Speak Greenlandic produces its own course materials.

Payment
Speak Greenlandic accepts payments via a private bank account, as the Simply website builder does not currently offer integrated online payment options.

Right of cancellation
There is no right of cancellation for purchases, as the nature of the product means that, under Danish law, a right of return cannot or should not be granted.

SG does not sell or share personal data with third parties. All personal data is stored exclusively in the customer database and can be deleted at any time.

To enter into an agreement with Speak Greenlandic, the following information is required:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone number
• Email address

Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the product.

Personal data is registered with Speak Greenlandic and stored for up to two years, after which it is deleted.
